​Hi, We are Sam and Heather and we are the co founders of Pride Ashford.

 What can people expect at Ashford Pride this year 

 

This is our 2nd year and it promises to be as fabulous as our first! The volunteer team has been working hard to deliver a fun, safe and inclusive event for the community.  Kicking things off in the Town Centre at the Bandstand from 11am, our March from 2pm until 3pm leading us to our After Party at the Coachworks in Dover Place until 10pm. Music,Drag, Market Stalls, Circus Performers and much more!

 Do people need to buy tickets?

All of our events are FREE but if people sign up for their FREE tickets, they will get priority entry into the After Party and put into a draw for a Pride goodie bundle. They can sign up at www.prideashford.com

​ Based on the news around the world including the UK do you think Pride events are even more important than ever this year?

This year, more than ever Pride events need to be happening. Whether it is a small village event to a major city celebration, we need to ensure we are seen, and standing shoulder to shoulder.
